real talk, but i just wanna send some love to other adhd folks and students who have issues with long & short term memory. it’s not talked about nearly enough and as someone who has a severe memory impairment, it’s easy to feel ashamed of our struggles at work or school. i promise you this doesn’t make you “dumb” or any less valuable as a person!! it’s ok if you need different tools to function!!! it’s ok if you need more time to get things right!! you didn’t choose to have these problems and it’s ok to ask for help!!
